Project Brief
Create a dining restaurant concept, research, and design products for your restaurant. Set the restaurant service concepts: location, price range, visual presentation, chef, colors, etc., and the customer demographics such as gender, age, ethnicity, knowledge of languages, disabilities, mobility, homeownership, employment status, even location, etc. 

Deliverables
Create the following: logotype, color palette, signage, menu, business system, UI website, social media pages, take-out packaging.
Process
My parents were from Northern Italy.  They opened a restaurant in Somers, N Y. In 1965. They served traditional, farm to table, fresh authentic Italian food. I used their concept as a jumping off point. I grew up eating only fresh pastas and sauces. It has become a lost art. Basta Pasta will bring the hometown cooking of Northern Italy to Kingston. N. Y.
